Content from library

You can import content from the library in a course. You can add both lessons and modules.

How-tos

Adding content from library in a course

1. Enter a course or community.
2. Click Add in the navigation tree.
3. Click Add content from library in the work area.
4. Search for the content you want to add.
5. Check the box(s) in front of the lesson(s) or module(s) you want to add.
6. Click Add.

Deleting content from library in a course

1. Enter a course or community.
2. Click the library lesson you want to delete.
3. Click the settings cogwheel in the top right corner and select Delete from the drop-down.
4. Confirm by clicking Delete again.

Adjusting permissions

1. Enter a course or community.

Click the library lesson to which you want to adjust permissions.

2. Click the settings cogwheel in the top right corner and select Permissions from the drop-down (read more about permissions). Here you have three options:

Select who can work together on this lesson

1. Click Select who can work together on this lesson.
2. Under 'Select from among', choose Participants or Groups.

Check the name of the participants or groups to which you want to grant permissions.

3. Click
4. Click Save.

View a detailed overview of current permissions

1. Click View a detailed overview of current permissions.
